Our hiring approach
Our hiring process is designed to help us get to know you and for you to get to know us, too. Hiring is a two-way conversation – you’re interviewing us as well.
We’re not about a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to recruitment so your individual experience may differ or be adapted to you or the role you are applying for. We want to ensure everyone has an equitable experience, so be sure to raise any accommodations to our recruitment process you might need with us.
Our Sydney office is located in the iconic Barangaroo area at 1 Sussex Street within the WeWork building. Just 1 street away from the water and walking distance to the city centre.
Our Melbourne office is located at 501 Swanston St, right near the famous Queen Victoria Market.
Our Auckland office is location at 49 Sainbury Rd, in the suburb of Mount Albert, close to parks and a Westfield.
Act like an owner
Linksters who think and act like owners are fully accountable for their commitments, responsibilities, and relationships, and think more broadly about the needs of the business rather than a narrow view around task or role.
Care and respect
Caring and respectful behaviour allows us to connect with each other, understand each other and support each other. It guides the ways we behave at work and with all our customers, suppliers, investors, colleagues and the community we live and work in. We value diversity, show authenticity and appreciate our differences.
Innovation creates the future. It advances Linkly. Linksters who innovate are solving problems for our customers, building better solutions, keeping competitors at bay. This often involves facing constraints, taking risks and collaborating with others – to unlock ‘eureka’ breakthroughs or achieve important incremental improvements.
Linksters know that success is built on the foundation of trust. Linksters who live this value prioritise broad awareness over a siloed focus. At every opportunity we lift each other up and we know being trustworthy means being dependable.
